Payment Booklet Note

Here is your Ingram School of Dance payment booklet. Inside are nine monthly tuition payment stubs and envelopes, as well as two sets for costume payments and one for your theater rental fee.

Fill out and keep the stub on the left for your records. Fill out and include the stub on the right with your payment in the envelope. Bring the envelope to the studio when your student comes for class, or if you prefer, stick a stamp on it and send it by mail.

If you've already made your September tuition payment, just record your payment information on the left stub, and discard the return stub on the right and the September envelope.
