Pam
Boehme Simon is the owner and principal instructor of Ingram School of
Dance.
She is a 1979
Honor Graduate
of West Orange-Stark High School and a 1985 Cum Laude Graduate of Lamar
University in Beaumont where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree
in Dance.
Pam was
originally trained
at Ingram School of Dance under its founder,
Mary Alice Ingram
Callahan.

She
went on to become a company member of such distinguished dance troupes
as the Beaumont Civic Ballet Company, the Jefferson Jazz Company, and
the
Lamar Dance Company, where she performed with members of the Joffrey
Ballet
of New York.
While still in
college, Pam
became an instructor for Mary Alice Callahan at Ingram School of
Dance.
She taught for "Miss Mary Alice" until 1986 when Mrs. Callahan retired
and sold the studio to Pam.
Serving as the
Children's
Ballet Mistress for the Fort Worth Dallas Ballet's production of "The
Nutcracker"
when they performed in Orange, teaching for Dance Masters of American
at
conventions in Houston, and choreographing musicals for Orange
Community
Players are among the honors she feels very privileged to have received.

Pam is a member of
Dance Masters of
America,
Inc. and the South Texas Association of Dance Teachers.
Members of
these prestigious
organizations must pass rigorous testing before membership is granted,
thereby earning the successful candidate the "Certified By Test To
Teach"
seal.
