Recital Costume Info / Halloween Note

The 75th annual recital of Ingram School of Dance will be held June 2 and 3, 2008 at the Lutcher Theater in Orange (that’s a Monday and Tuesday...be sure to make arrangements to be free Monday morning for rehearsal). While that may still seem like a long way off, we are currently making preparations to place orders for our now annual “full costume” year. Everything must be ordered before Christmas to insure arrival by recital time. All of the costume companies require that a partial payment be sent in with the orders. To meet this requirement, and to make payment a little easier, we are separating the total amount due for your child’s costumes into two payments.

First payment:

$35.00 per child per class will be due by FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 16.

For example, if you have 1 child taking 3 classes, you will pay $105.00,
or, if you have two children taking 1 class each, you will pay $70.00.
           This payment may be made at anytime between now and the due date above.
Costumes for your child cannot be ordered without it.

Second payment:

The remaining balance of your child’s costume fees will be due in mid January.

You will receive a note with the exact amount after the holidays. Your exact total
cannot yet be figured as we are still in the process of making costume selections.
To give you some idea of what you will still owe in January, the costume prices
are running anywhere from $40 to $59 for the younger children, and from
$40 to $69 for the older dancers.
